Thank you for all you did on Friday and in the run up. The eulogy came together beautifully and you delivered it so well. My mum would’ve loved the day, and I’m sure would have wanted to talk to you at length! The universe conspired to bring you to us to help make Friday the day it needed to be.

Your changes to the order of service were well judged and timed, especially for Michael's reading. He felt that he was not ready to get up and speak until after the eulogy, and you read that in him perfectly. I think that your beautiful delivery and foresight helped give them that courage.

The poignant memories read out made us feel as if we had known your mother for much longer than just 10 years and the genuine love for her shone throughout the readings.
